A seekable ninety-second competition-pitch plan with an editable talk track; not a rendered video.
00–15 s / Purpose and problem. Visual: school, budget and application questions appear. Say: Amerika OS is an educational decision system. Its starting question is how to make scattered US-pathway information into a visible next decision.
15–30 s / Solution and audience. Visual: one route emerges. Say: The initial audience hypothesis is Turkish-speaking people exploring US pathways. The product organizes decisions and evidence; market size and demand still require research.
30–45 s / Method and alternatives. Visual: Separate, Connect, Sequence, Update. Say: The method distinguishes facts from assumptions and links claims to sources. Official information and peer communities are alternatives to study, not competitors we claim to have surpassed.
45–60 s / Product. Visual: six route families and one sample result. Say: The existing prototype uses six deterministic questions. It gives a route, context and first actions without an AI gate, login or email requirement. It promises no admission, visa or employment outcome.
60–75 s / Model, evidence and timeline. Visual: existing versus proposed columns. Say: The current mode is an educational prototype; no commercial offer is presented. Costs and funding figures are unknown. The next proposed milestone is a comprehension study, then documented revisions; no launch dates or completed validation are claimed.
75–90 s / Team and invitation. Visual: Haluk Gül, then the Amerika OS mark. Say: Haluk Gül owns the venture and directs its creative choices. What part of this route is unclear, and what evidence would you need before trusting a next step?
